After serving in the United States Army, Jon transitioned his military experience to start operating his own security company out of Nevada in 2015, providing executive protection, security training, and consulting. This boutique-style security company, which offers custom security services for individuals, excites Jon as he looks to help people upgrade their security needs and transform their lives.

Susan Lyster

A passionate leader, Susan envisioned the idea for Echelon Evolution over ten years ago when a female friend mentioned how male-dominated the executive protection industry is and how far it needs to go to be more inclusive. Echelon Evolution is a non-profit that raises money to provide classroom and on-the-job training for women and people of color who want to join this industry. Susan brings over 30 years of sales and operations management experience in the travel industry to her position.
